Q.What is your Health Guarantee?
A.We offer a 1-year health guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects, provided the puppy is examined by a vet within 5 working days of going home. You can read the full guarantee on our Health Guarantee page.
Q.Do you ship puppies?
A.We prefer families to pick up their puppies in person, but we can arrange for a flight nanny service for an additional fee to ensure safe and comfortable travel.
Q.Are the puppies registered?
A.Yes, all our purebred English Springer Spaniels are registrable with the American Kennel Club (AKC). We offer both Limited and Full registration depending on your needs.
Q.What vaccinations do they receive?
A.Before going home, puppies receive their first set of vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, adenovirus, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and are dewormed at 3, 5, and 7 weeks.
