Happy Tails Springers

This agreement is between Happy Tails Springers (Breeder) and the undersigned buyer, for the purchase of a purebred English Springer Spaniel puppy.

1. The Puppy

The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, an English Springer Spaniel puppy, further described as:

• Gender: ___________________________
• Color/Markings: ___________________________

2. Purchase Price

The total purchase price of the puppy is $___________. A non-refundable deposit of $___________ was paid on ______________ to reserve the puppy. The remaining balance of $___________ is due in cash upon pick-up or prior to transport.

3. Health Guarantee

The Breeder guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer has 72 hours (3 business days) to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening genetic defect within the first year of life, the Breeder will replace the puppy with one of equal value from the next available litter. 4. Buyer's Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to:

• Provide a safe, loving, indoor home.
• Provide quality nutrition, routine veterinary care, and adequate exercise.
• Never surrender the puppy to an animal shelter or rescue. If the Buyer can no longer care for the dog, the Breeder must be contacted first and given the option to take the dog back.

5. Registration

This puppy is being sold with AKC Limited Registration (no breeding rights), unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing. The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy at the appropriate age recommended by their veterinarian.
